Québec-April 16th, 2018 : DIEX Group announces the acquisition of the Quebec Multi-Soins clinic in a transaction that will allow the company specializing in conducting clinical research projects to consolidate and expand its expertise.

This transaction stems from an increased desire to locate in the Québec City area and an increase in operational efficiency. DIEX research and the Multi-Soins clinic shared since Fall 2017 the same premises on Montmagny street. Although they were conducting separate clinical research projects, the two companies shared the same research investigator, Dr. André Fréchette.

The Mutli-Soins clinic, in operation since 2009 and directed by Dr. André Fréchette, serves the population of the Saint-Vallier district not only through research projects, but also through travel vaccination and sampling services.

The established clientele of the Multi-Soins Clinic will be able to continue to benefit from vaccination and sampling services in one place. These will be provided by DIEX Research starting April 16th. Ongoing research projects will be supported by the DIEX Research Medical Team and remain under the responsibility of Dr. Fréchette. The follow-up and the services offered to the patients therefore remain the same for the existing clientele.
